Why SuperPayroll?

Honestly, SuperPayroll isn't for everyone. We believe that job satisfaction starts with common values. If inclusivity, diversity, curiosity, and integrity are not your things, then we are NOT a match. On the job we'll expect you to care passionately about getting things right and about adding more value to our customers than the price we're charging them. If this doesn't sound like you, please pass.

If you're still reading, thanks for being you! We want people like you. What we can offer that makes us a better place to work:

  • Flexibility and autonomy in when and how you work - you decide what works best for you, we're here to support you.
  • Openness and transparency in the workplace, starting with salaries and other benefits published with vacancies.
  • 100% remote work.

How to join

Our process is designed to be fair and objective and to minimize wasting time. This means we do things a little differently. To start off with, we advertise salaries. We don't want your CV, because unless the job is CV design (it isn't) that is not a good objective measurement. Here are the steps you can expect:

  • Fill in a screening form (this is typically a Google form that should take less than 10 minutes to complete). We use this to establish a baseline of skills / background relevant to the job and select only the top ±5% of candidates to proceed to the next round.
  • Top candidates from initial screening are invited to complete a more detailed advanced screening process on TestGorilla. This typically takes 50-60 minutes. The tests are job-specific and designed to be fair, relevant, and free from bias.
  • Top candidates from advanced screening are invited to a 30 minute interview with members of our team (tyically the hiring manager + 1). We'll usually invite a maximum of 2 or 3 people for interviews for any one role.
  • Best candidate gets an offer.

Look for a vacancy below that fits your skills and apply to get started.
